1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Hive Astro ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Hive Astro AI-powered astrology guide website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. 3. User Registration

You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You are responsible for providing accurate birth data for precise astrological calculations. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the astrological Service for any purpose other than personal guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment. The Service may not be used for professional astrological consultations, medical advice, or any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

Any Contribution you transmit to the Service will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, except for your personal birth data which remains private. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that your Contributions do not violate any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right.

THE ASTROLOGICAL SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND SELF-REFLECTION PURPOSES ONLY. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ASTROLOGICAL INSIGHTS AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE NOT INTENDED AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, MEDICAL GUIDANCE, OR LIFE DECISIONS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE ASTROLOGICAL SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ASTROLOGICAL INSIGHTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the astrological Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service, including astrological features and AI algorithms, without notice at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the astrological Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Hive Astro and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
